Dalwhinnie Winter's Frost (Game of Thrones-House Stark)

Nose - honey and flowers with fresh green fruit, like honeysuckle and pears, some green apple and oak tannin influence Palette - fairly thin and light, sweet honey and oak tannins, some lemon zest as well Finish - sweet mixed with balanced bitterness, medium length and light burn

Great value for the price. Likely young for Dalehinnie, but maintains a smooth vanilla spice taste I think is unmatched in this price range.

Spicy and a bitter finish with notes of vanilla but it’s not a smooth enough finish for my liking.
