Reviewed March 31, 2022 (edited July 8, 2024)Part of a Dancing Goat Distillery virtual tasting, received 2 oz free sample 117 proof Nose - Toasted rye bread, toffee, coffee cake, pumpkin spice, clove, allspice, light mint, cocoa, medium oak, and medium ethanol. Palate - Viscous and oily, toffee, pumpkin muffin, rich oak, brisket crust, chocolate covered cherries, and notable rye or ethanol bite. Finish is medium-long with hot rye spices, black pepper, cocoa, toffee, rye bread, and medium ethanol kick. This one is an absolute winner, and a major step up from the standard 6Y rye. For $25 more this is a no-brainer upgrade if you see it, and unique tasting compared to many ryes in this price range.64.95 USD per Bottle -
