Tasting Notes
"A lot of wood, fresh grain, and alcohol on the nose. Underneath it, vanilla, honey, mint, and strawberry struggle to make themselves known. The taste is dominated by wood, hay, and alcohol burn. The softer characteristics one expects from wheat whiskey are bowled over by the youth of the spirit, though some water tames the burn and brings out notes of Mexican chocolate, cherries, and apple. "
