Reviewed September 12, 2018Wow was this rum bad. I bought it for the bottle, I admit. But as someone who owns a tiki bar and has sampled more than my fair share of rums (my current favorite for sipping, El Dorado 21 yr), I would say the tasting notes are closer to Everclear than they are to caramel or cocoa. It tasted like a neutral spirit with a bit of sugar. Perhaps I can use this as a mixer, but honestly, I have tasted better rums used in "well drinks." The bottle is cool though.
