Tumblin' Dice 3 Year Straight Bourbon

Too spicy and strong

A classic example of a solid bourbon. Though it tastes a bit on the young side (strong nose of alcohol with a short finish) the heavy spice and vanilla notes make up for it's lack of years. For a readily available, relatively inexpensive whiskey, I'm planning on keeping one of these in my regular bar selection.

Slight burn, a little sweet. Could be the bbq sauce from the brisket

Not as much depth as the 11 (obviously) but I still really like this one. Bought an extra for the bunker.
