This Highland single malt is aged initially in ex-bourbon and then finished in new, American oak barrels. There is no age statement, but the whisky is between 6-8 years old and is un-chill-filtered. It is bottled at 92.6 proof.

Cask Typeex-bourbon and new American oak
"Intense cereal and honey notes take over on the nose with some bright lemony notes. The whisky is very peppery and cinnamon-y on our palate before presenting more fruit of pears and peaches. Adding water is not a good idea as the sweet malt disappears and leaves the whisky flat and waxy. "
