Dewar's 25 Year The Signature

I immediately pick up peat which oddly I do not see in any of the other reviews I would say peat (smoke) is dominant, but not overwhelming Interesting that further maturation is in casks used to mature Royal Brackla., which makes sense as Royal Brackla is a Dewar's product. Nose, palate and finish are pleasant, nothing jumps out at me, but also no flaws A good scotch

Smooth

Super smooth and easy. Not quite as nice as the 18 cask, but still excellent L.

Smoky but very smooth.

light oak and berry on the nose, tastes so smooth and beautiful complexity with butter, hint of smoke, followed by pleasant astringency at the end
