Tasting Notes
"Syrupy fruits lead on the nose, with prunes and sultanas, along with raspberry jelly and honey. The palate is rich, with spiced Christmas fruit cake, cacao, coffee grounds, oak, and baked apple pie with a buttery crust. The finish is warming, with a combination of candied ginger chews, lemon peel, and tannic black tea that's evocative of a hot toddy."
