Tasting Notes
"Stewed fruits, and syrupy dried fruits, lead on the nose including prunes, sultanas, and Medjool dates. The palate features spicy, zesty Christmas cake, along with raspberry syrup, macerated red grapes, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, and pecans. On the short finish, find bittersweet cacao nibs, astringent oak, and clover honey."
