Tasting Notes
"This storied gin has an admirably classic London Dry profile even with its Gallic roots. The aromatics are a very attractive blend of resinous juniper oil, bright lemon pith, and earthy coriander. The palate shows an expanded range of botanicals with pleasant medicinal notes of angelica and anise before finishing with a delicate touch of sweet saffron. Perfect for a martini or any variety of classic gin cocktail."
