Enjoyed with @kpj and @Elw00t . Had a false start once, brings back memories of when things were simple in the long long ago.

Had some trouble with this batch. We forgot a label and it spoiled a few bottles. That said, most of the barrel was delicious.

I’m getting strong bits of steel on the nose and a rusty spice bite up front that turns quickly to a bumpy Calistoga style finish. The dusty dry flavor is clearly representing the limestone mix in the water in the area. An impressive whisky that screams American history with every sip.
