Tasting Notes
"The wood plays a gentle but distinct role overall. The aroma runs a little hot but provides lots of honey-covered citrus (lemons, orange peel, and grapefruit). This hints at a sweet and luscious palate but the reality is quite different. The wood sticks its leg out a bit with charming balsam. The mid-palate holds mostly juniper, bitter orange, and some savory spices. The finish has a lot of persistent heat but this can be doused with a drop or two of water. Enjoy this neat or in a Greyhound."
