RyeUnlike bourbon, rye whiskey can be made anywhere in the world. But if made in the US, the mash bill recipe must be at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels with no age requirement. Elsewhere, the rye whiskey will be made keeping the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.

Tasting Notes
"Starts with lovely fruit and a bit of perfume. On a second sniff there are more traditional rye aromas of toasted grain and kitchen spices. The palate is luxuriously oily and shows a bit more maturity after the initial fruit. Towards the finish there's toasted nuts and salted butter. Overall, it’s a kind and generous rye."
