Doc Swinson's Blenders Cut Straight Bourbon

Nice rich nose, but not a lot of complexity on the pallette

Nose is really nothing to write home about. The proof really over takes it and that’s unfortunate as the taste and finish are really good as I get some apple or light fruit notes and the ethanol on the nose doesn’t transfer to the taste. Finish is medium as I feel it but low on an aftertaste.

Packs a punch from the get-go but mellows a bit with a cube. A bit of a bite from the rye and a nice medium finish.
