Tequila ReposadoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged from 2 months up to a year in barrels no larger than 20,000 L. Any type of wood is acceptable, although ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Reposado translates to "rested".

"Expressed orange peels and roasted agave lead on the nose, followed by salted caramel and overripe pineapples. The palate showcases baker's chocolate and bitter citrus pith, as well as candied orange slices. A moderate length finish offers oak, spice, oleo saccharum, and a combination of musty cellar and dusty leather."
