Don Roberto 1924 Plata

A rich, Agave Spirit by Casa Don Roberto NOM 1437 founded by Don Roberto Orendain in 1840. It is made with estate grown agave & volcanic spring water; slow roasted in an earthen oven using a secret family recipe. It has an aromatic birth with notes of fruits, flowers, earth, herbs & spices; while a crisp life adds notes of banana, orange zest, honey, cinnamon, cooked agave & white ginger; that led to a quick death. December 2021 / June 2026
