Doña Engracia Blanco

An elegant, Agave Spirit by NOM 1480 crafted with a stone oven & rested for 2-3 months in stainless steel before being bottled at 38% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, fruit, herbs & spices; while a full life adds notes of grapefruit & vanilla; that led to long & balanced death with notes of pepper & earth.
