A crisp, Agave Spirit by NOM 1592 in Jalisco, Mexico slow roasted in earthen ovens; aged for at least 1 year in oak. It has an aromatic birth with notes of roasted agave, earth, wood, fruit & spice; while a rich life adds hints of citrus, oak & vanilla; that led to a delicate death.

A balanced, Añejo Tequila by Nom1472 in Jalisco, Mexico triple distilled & aged for a minimum of 1 year in American oak barrels that used to give shelter to Bourbon. It has a delicate birth with notes of dark chocolate & cherry tobacco; while a sweet life adds notes of vanilla & fruit; that led to a long & smooth death with a hint of agave, caramel & smoke.
