Tasting Notes
"The aroma is a bit robust and kind of all over the place with overripe melon, sweet vanilla, bitter lime peel, milk chocolate and cinnamon. The taste leans sweet and soft, but not oily or slick. More vanilla and just a little spicy on the tongue. The finish is lightly bittersweet. Wouldn't really drink this as a sipper, but fine to use in cocktails. Try an Old Fashioned, but no need to add more sugar."
