Espíritu Lauro Reposado Mezcal
Espíritu Lauro mezcals are made from an agave mash that is left to ferment naturally without the use of yeast. It's made from a blend of Espadín and Karwinskii of San Martín agave aged 6 - 8 years before harvesting. This reposado is aged 3 - 4 months in used Jack Daniels barrels that are re-charred and scraped before maturation.
Mezcal ReposadoA spirit distilled from one or more different varieties of agave. Can only be produced in designated areas within 8 different Mexican states. Must be bottled in México. Reposado mezcal is aged for 2 months up to 1 year in wood.
