Eagle Rare 10 Year Bourbon

Not bad, probably good for cocktails.

There's an earthy vegetal nature to it on the back of the tongue that I hadn't remembered at all. Sweet and spicy up front, a bit thin in the middle, and dark earth and grass on the back. Weird how our tastes change over time.

Fruity and medium body. Great with anything.
