Eagle Rare 10 Year Bourbon

Light brown sugar on the nose. Light on the palette. The brown sugar comes through as does some of the barrel. For a ten year bourbon this is _very_ lite on the barrel notes. Easy to sip. Not overwhelming. Tasty. (I did have crazy hot buffalo wings a few hours earlier so my palette may be off).

I bought this at the end of the distillery tour in Sept. 2017 and I'm glad I did! It's the first bottle I've sipped completely straight or on ice. No urges to mix or cook with this one!
