Sweet corn with earthy husk is most apparent, tree sap, musky oak, fresh leather, dark cherry coke, cinnamon, hints of mint, hints of port wine (surprised when I saw it on the label, surprised how prominent it is), caramel, burnt sugar, hints of vanilla, hints of mexican candy covered in chilè powder. This is more like a Canadian whiskey than a bourbon. The bourbons I have tried are more spicier with big potpourri. This one is earthy, sweet, and oaky, with nice after thought of spice. It's easy drinking and will easily fit in with my daily drinkers. Try this.
