Eagle Rare 17 Year Bourbon ( Spring 2016)

A rich Bourbon by Buffalo Trace in Kentucky, aged for 17 years & is the Bourbon version of a holy grail. It has a wine-like birth with hints of almond, cigar boxes, spice, coffee bean & cinnamon; while delicate & dry life adds notes of dark fruit, brown sugar, leather, vanilla, & tobacco; that led to a long death with notes of oak, rye, caramel; earth, a hint of leather & toffee.
