Early Times Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon

Color: Tawny Nose: Vanilla | Caramel | Orange Zest Mild nose. Slight amount of heat but not overpowering. Palate: Medium to light mouthfeel. Nothing stands out in the plus or minus column. Continued theme of vanilla and caramel with slight citrus from the nose. Slightly smokey. Very little heat. Very approachable and has no need for ice. Does not pack a punch like a full-proof pour but also does not feel young or unrounded. Finish: Does not have a lingering finish. Escalates in heat, but subtle, with notes of black pepper and remnants of vanilla and caramel from the palate.

One of my all-time favorite daily sippers the viscosity of dark chocolate covered cherries is exceptional!

Good Bourbon will definitely buy again

Caramel, thick burn,

Don’t think you can get a better bourbon at this price point. Strong burn but a great finish. Tasted like eating a cow tail.
