Tasting Notes
"From the start you get the pine-y notes and some citrus before the floral heather aromas come in focus. The spices, particularly the coriander, comes on a bit stronger on the palate and the finish is clean and only slightly bitter. This is a fairly flexible gin for cocktails as the floral notes are present, but don't take over the more traditional botanicals as some new brands of gin do. Try in any sour cocktail or martini served with a twist."
