This is an additive free tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave that is grown in Guanajuato southern Los Altos in Jalisco. It is produced at Plantaciones Tequilana, S.P.R. de R.
L. de C.V. (NOM 1635) where the agave is cooked in brick ovens, extracted by Tahona, and fermented without fibers with deep well water in stainless steel open air tanks using natural yeasts, then twice distilled on stainless steel tanks with copper coil. This expression is aged for at least 12 months in ex-bourbon American oak.
