El Dorado 15 Year Rum

Color is a dark copper. Nose has notes of brown sugar, mild funk, and honey. First sip is syrupy in consistency, with rich brown sugar with vanilla and caramel notes as well. Additional sips reveal some rum funk, as well as some complexity I can't identify. Finish lingers with several different variations of spices. This is a rock solid rum, the only downside being the heavy dosing. Solely off flavor, however, this is excellent.

Appearance 🧐 ; A beautiful warm Dark Amber coloured liquid with a lot of legs along the glass, Nose 👃 ; Forest honey and full of ripe sweet fruits, Taste 👅 ; Complex syrupy flavours of caramel, milk chocolate, vanilla, roasted coffee, Finish 🇫🇮 ; Long, warm with brown sugar and a light tobacco, 10 / 10 🥃 All I can say is ; WOW 😍
