El Dorado 15 Year Rum

Novice rum sipper, long time bourbon guy. To me the herbal-floral comes quickly to the front, then spices. The fruit, molasses, and wood bring up the rear much more so than most of the dark rums I have tried. I like as a change of pace but my go to is still Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva.

Very smooth, fruity, some fig, vanilla, and slight sweetness. Floral aroma.
