Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
Tasting Notes
"The aroma on the nose is a bit herbal and peppery, more on the fresh side than the dried. There's a slight oiliness to the tequila and it has a good weight to it, neither too creamy or sharp. The taste has a light bittersweet note along with a touch of lime and pineapple. Overall the tequila has a savory rather than a sweet taste and it offers a nice complexity for a blanco. "
