Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
Tasting Notes
"Compared to the 80 proof version, the nose is a bit muted which is to be expected. But you'll still find the herbal and earthy notes here. The tequila is a bit prickly on the tongue, again due to the proof, but it's not so hot that you can't drink neat. There's a touch of green olive in there too which with the herbal, peppery notes makes it an ideal partner for a Mexican Martini, especially if you like it dirty. "
