A complex, Agave Spirit by Envasadora De Productos Lideres, S.A. De C.V. NOM 1592 in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico slow roasted in earthen ovens; aged for 2 months in American oak barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, earth, wood & spice; while a complex life adds notes of oak; that led to an odd death of medium length with notes of burnt sugar.

A rich, Agave Spirit by NOM 1438. It has an aromatic birth with notes of caramel & oak; while a balanced lie adds notes of agave & spice; that led to a rich & complex death of medium length.
