A fresh, artisanal Agave Spirit by El Sarao Oaxaca Mezcal (Nom-0441X) in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca, Mexico crafted with 8- to 12-year-old wild maguey Espadin & Tobala. It has an aromatic birth of cooked agave, tropical flowers, smoke & spices; while a bold & full life adds notes of vanilla, artichoke & celery; that leads to a crunchy death of medium length with notes of earth, soil, charcoal, ash & smoke.
