Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Bourbon

Strong as hell, but delicious with a little water. All barrel and brown sugar. Almost reminiscent of a good rum.

Very aromatic. Cinnimon, fruit cake, rye spice, oaky vanilla and slight coconut and leather. Very dark mehogany/ruby color

137 proof- hot (obviously). Easy to tast the spice and the leather up front. Caramel and vanilla on the finish. 110- with a little less heat, the velvet texture reveals more fruit: apple and cherry.
