B521- Overwhelming heat and spice. Added a little water which helped and opened up tastes of pepper and anise. Ice- Caramel, corn

Strong, harsh, spicy burn. Every sip makes me cough and I can't even figure out what flavors are going on in this. Too much for me. Edit: more drinkable watered down but I still don't find this smooth or particularly complex.

pretty decent. first barrel proof i have had. little on the strong side. but with ice i'm ruining it but it tastes more pleasant.

Batch C921. 120.2 proof.. Smell is barrel and lots of it. Oak and vanilla. Flavor is spice, followed by toasted coconut, vanilla, and spice. Finishes with a lovely floral finish, and a good bit of burn

Let this one sit on a big cube for a while to dilute. Very nice.

Incredible. My favorite currently. It has 3 distinct stages, from the initial touch, then on the tongue as it goes down, and then the aftertaste. All of it is full bodied and rich, mostly sweet with a little Smokey, and then some spice to finish out.
