Ellington Reserve 8 Year

Basically undrinkable neat. No flavor to it. Nothing but hot spice and oak. Good in ginger ale like Crown or Canadian Club but not much other use.

Strong maple on the nose . Caramel and vanilla on the pallet . Good, solid whiskey for the price point (which is dirt cheap) 85/100

This one is delightful. Just enough bite in the finish to let you know you’re alive. Tasty and approachable. Much better than the basic Ellington whisky.

Light maple sweet smell. Wow, very nice taste. Light, semi sweet little to no after taste. Not much for flavor but it’s solid.
