"Unlike most of the cinnamon whiskeys on the market, Emperial Cinnamoon isn't cloyingly sweet. The aroma and taste of cinnamon are unmistakable but not overpowering, with the base spirit contributing a light backing note of fruity unaged whiskey. It's a welcome departure from mass-market cinnamon spirits, which tend to be lower proof and much too sweet. "
