Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
Tasting Notes
"The aroma shows a moderate level of earthy and herbal notes along with light cooked agave. It has an average body and lightly sweet on the mid-palate. More mild herbal and earthy notes continue. It's a bit peppery and hot for 80 proof effectively cleaning your palate of the agave flavors that you tasted leaving a bittersweet taste. "
