Tasting Notes
"The nose is pleasantly grassy and herbal with some coffee and fallen pinecone aromas. The palate has a fresh, estery funk that mingles with flavors of cantaloupe, sage, tarragon, roasted coffee and subtle sweetness. There's a slight alcoholic heat with a hot cinnamon finish that comes out with further sips. The obvious serve would be in cocktails that call for light rums in the recipe, but this rum would also be delicious with a splash of tonic and squeeze of citrus. "
