Reviewed July 16, 2019 (edited March 3, 2020)Delicioso Blanco. Vegetal nose, obviously agave. The taste matches the nose with a tasty vegetal deep taste. Soft brininess in the middle. The sweetness of the roasting process rounds out the taste. Nice sharp notes between the different notes.
