Espolòn Blanco Tequila

A lot of burn going down, pretty hot

Sweet, silky and easy drinking. Nice warmth with citrus and a milky mouthfeel.

Not too sweet, and not too peppery. I agree that it is pretty neutral at first sip, but their are plenty of agave notes that rush in after a moment. This could be kept as a sipper, but I think it works best in magaritas and palomas.
