Espolòn Blanco Tequila

Good for a Silver.

On the nose I get a fresh, fruity agave aroma with a vegetal mustiness around the edges. There’s also a light floral sweetness and a hint of spice given some time in the glass. - To the palate it is lightly sweet with green grassy notes and wet turned earth which combines to remind me of a high quality Japanese green tea. It’s actually very gentle, with a slight sourness towards the end and a hint of spice. - The finish is slightly bitter-sweet with a short linger of pepper and sour fruit.

Faint agave flavor, good mixer, but nothing special. Better than the reposado.
