A semi-sweet, special occasion wine by Master Mead Maker Blair Boyd Housley in Dahlonega, Georgia crafted with Blueberry Blossom Honey. It opens with notes of flowers & tree fruits; while a medium-full body adds notes of peach blossom, ripe apples & honey; that led to an elegant & refreshing finish with low acidity. July 2019
