Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage

Not good. Taste of oak and dry for me. Drank pretty hot too

Nose: graham cracker twizzlers, if that makes any sense. Palette: grainy and nutty, which is a typical EW profile, sweet dry finish, some medicinal cherry notes. Chicory, candied pecans, slight licorice. Very good.

Sweet with a little spice. Not overly complex but nice vanilla cream flavor. Easy sipper. The older bottles are better in my opinion.
