Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon

On the nose I was getting a whiff of old leather then in went to almost a latte smell Palate was roasted peanuts and almost creamy feel The finish was a nice long warming linger. For a budget bourbon I was super impressed.

For $16 bucks this is fantastic. I cannot complain. It’s a little light and has nice fruity quality with a lot of vanilla. Cheap enough to only use in cocktails but definitely wouldn’t mind drinking straight. Drinks lighter than 100

Big spice notes early, some lingers. Might like the black label better and no match for single barrel. Great value bourbon, especially to use in a mixed drink
