Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Lots of corn dust and honey on the nose, some wood too. Palate is very spicy, like straight cinnamon on my tongue. It lingers on my tongue with a bit of a bittersweet finish, like oak and cherries. Fairly drying finish, medium in length. great value bourbon.

Very sweet butterscotch nose. Palate is hot and bitter. Not much going on.
