Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon

This is a great everyday drinking bourbon for the money and the size (1.75L)

Solid mixer and great budget whiskey, the nose is vanilla, oak, and a strong grassy note. On the palate the grassy note takes over like fresh cut hay, and baking spice. Mid way through the palate you get some astringent oak and a hint of sweetness. The finish is short but you get a nice Kentucky hug. This bourbon makes a banging Old Fashioned and for the price it is hard to beat.

Smooth enough for daily sipper

this one is great after letting it sit for a week after opening, love it!!
