Evan Williams White Label has a nutty and vanilla nose, with rich tobacco and toasty oak. The palate is heated with sweet black tea, cinnamon, allspice, and tobacco. The finish is heated with oak, allspice, tobacco ,and pepper.

I usually like to drink my bourbon with just some ice and water.
This is smooth enough to drink that way. To me it is very earthy tasting and finishes very oaky.
But nothing bad here especially considering the reasonable price.
Right away, this stuff is hot. There is some sweetness but it fades, giving way to oak and white pepper. Decent value but would not be my go-to for a neat sipper. Old Forrester 100 is only a few dollars more and has a much more rounded flavor profile.
