    Seagram's VO Black surpasses Seagram's VO Gold and Seagram's VO. The aromas of pipe tobacco, baking spices, and toasted oak greet the senses. A neutral grain entry leads into a palate of grapey tropical fruits and baking spices. The finish lingers with baking spices and toasted oak. Although it shares the same quality as Rich and Rare Reserve, it's available at twice the price. It doesn't shine when mixed or served straight.

    Alleyne Arthur's Special Barbados Rum is a classic gold rum that offers excellent quality at a value price, well above the lower shelf. The aroma bursts with baking spices, caramel, and oak, truly overwhelming the senses. On entry, it's sweet, with a palate of oak, toffee, and tropical fruit. The finish is delightful, ending with sweet toffee and a hint of hot cinnamon. A great rum at any price level and extraordinary at this value.

    Don Q Reserva 7 is a not a upgrade of Don Q Gold.Aromas of sweet fruit,rich tobacco,and oak greet the senses.The entry is sweet with a palate of oak and tropical fruits..The finish is brief with sweet light rum and bitter oak. It's not good straight or mixed .
