Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Great for the price. Single note.

Great utility bourbon. Good enough to sip neat and great for cocktails. With it being bottled in bond it’s obviously aged at least four years but doesn’t taste that young to me. It’s got that distinctive corn note that young bourbon has but has plenty of oak that reminds me of pecan shell and old church pews.

Vanilla and Carmel nose. Peanut nose and taste. Good mouth feel. Not rough like you would expect from a cheap drink. Banana and peanut taste. Very enjoyable. It’s like a peanut butter taste that I really enjoy

This is very good well rounded bourbon. Good spice, good proof. There is a bit of ethanol on the nose and taste, but let it sit for a while before you sip it, and it will mellow a bit. Overall, very good flavor at a great price.

Very tasty. Certainly a great value. More like 4.35
